Room available for sub-lease in Auburn, Alabama

I have a room available for sub lease at the social apartments. The room contains its own spacious bathroom & walk- in closet. The apartment itself has hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen and living room, washer/ dryer included, dish washer, microwave, & garbage disposal. Apartment amenities include: hot tub, 2 swimming pools, newly renovated fitness center, gym, tanning beds, private movie theater, & volleyball court. There is only one other girl living in the apartment and she is very quiet. It is a 3 bedroom apartment but the third room we have been using for small storage (christmas tree, decorations, etc.) We have our elecricity and everything included in the rent, and rent is $395 per month, (it is due by the 3rd of every month). The room that i am subleasing is very clean (im OCD), it will be just like it was when I first moved in. The apartment also is very clean, i keep things swept, mopped, & tidied at all times.
